The Dusties, along with a number of other WA hang gliding boys and girls are making another bi-annual pilgramage to Victoria to compete in the Corryong and Bogong Cups.
The convoy is leaving Perth on the 28th December and Kalgoorlie on the 29th. We should make it to Corryong on the 1st January ready for practice day on the 2nd.
If this trip is half as good as 2008 it will be fantastic.
This year the Dusties are taking their preparation seriously. Supplies have been ordered, 1 carton per car per day. Richo has plenty of spare parts from Moyes. Toby has packed and safely stowed his parachute so that it can be used only if required. Drew has bought a brand new Sting 4.
On the way back a few of us are meeting up with Lynn at Eucla for some more flying on the Great Australian Bight.
